Kusuka offers free worldwide shipping. All packages are provided with a tracking number. Delivery timing is estimated to be between 2-7 business days.

Duties & Taxes

EU:

Within the shipping in the  EU member states all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside EU:

Depending on the country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Returns

It’s important for us that you are completely happy with your order, but if you aren't, please email us first at contact@kusukahome.com.  

Free returns are available within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

To start a return, you send us an email indicating your address. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once returned and inspected by us, a refund will be processed to your original payment method - this may take up to 10 business days.
